Industrial Automation
This programme is taught in Czech only
This study programme is focused on the Automatic Control of Production Line issues. These problems and issues are very wide-ranging – and require demanding theoretical study. Therefore, within the framework of this study programme, we offer the possibility of studying in two specialisations that have a lot in common with one another. On the other hand, each specialisation has its own distinctive specifics.
This is oriented more theoretically on the mathematical and physical nature of control and control systems; which include sensors and actuators working on clear physical principles, and further – its own control systems, nowadays mostly implemented by digital computers executing control and regulation algorithms obtained by nontrivial mathematical methods and procedures. By purposefully interconnecting all elements of production lines by means of Information Technology, we attain the level of building new, complexly quality production systems – for which, the term Industry 4.0 has recently been used. Both specialisations´ connecting element is Information Technology issues; from both from the hardware and software sides.
