PIONEER Alliance
In 2022, Tomas Bata University in Zlín joined the PIONEER Alliance to fulfil the strategic goal of becoming a European University.
The PIONEER consortium, coordinated by the Gustave Eiffel University in France, brings together ten universities from different geographical regions of Europe (Czech Republic, France, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Slovakia, Germany, Finland, Netherlands and Switzerland). All the universities will aim to promote the strengthening of the European identity, to encourage excellence and to enhance the competitiveness of European higher education institutions.
