TBU Research Centre to Offer Complementary Educational Programmes Focused on Rubber and Plastics Technologies
29. June 2023From September 2023, the Centre of Polymer Systems (CPS) of Tomas Bata University in Zlín will offer educational programmes focused on retraining and upskilling in the sphere of materials processing.
Those interested in the educational programmes will have two options to choose from, namely Rubber Blend Processing and Plastics Processing Technologist. Both programmes have been recently granted accreditation by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.
The educational programmes will be provided to applicants from the 2023/2024 academic year and will comprise 150 to 300 lessons, including lectures as well as practical laboratory classes. The capacity of the programmes is approximately 10 persons.
The programmes will be completed with an exam which corresponds to the evaluation standard according to the National Register of Qualifications. After completing the Rubber Blend Processing course, the participant will obtain a retraining certificate. Those who complete the Plastics Processing Technologist course will receive a certificate of participation in an accredited educational programme.
