President Pavel Appoints New TBU Professors
13. June 2024A professorial appointment ceremony during which letters of appointment were handed over to more than 70 newly appointed Professors by Petr Pavel, President of the Czech Republic, and Mikuláš Bek, Minister of Education, Youth and Sports, was held in the Aula Magna (Great Hall) of the Carolinum of Charles University in Prague.
The following academics from Tomas Bata University in Zlín were awarded the degree of Professor during the ceremony: Assoc. Prof. Zuzana Tučková, Dean of the Faculty of Logistics and Crisis Management, Assoc. Prof. Tomáš Sedláček from the Faculty of Technology, Assoc. Prof. Marek Kubalčík from the Faculty of Applied Informatics, TBU Vice-Rector for Internationalization, Assoc. Prof. Martin Hromada from the Faculty of Applied Informatics and Assoc. Prof. Marián Lehocký from the Faculty of Technology.
