prof. Ing. Petr Sáha, CSc.
University InstituteResearch activities carried out by Prof. Sáha are focusing on the area of polymers, on polymer recycling, electromagnetic properties of composites and physical aging of polymers in particular. Furthermore, on polymer processes per se, rheology and electrorheology as well as on polymers for medical and food applications.
Professor Sáha is the author of 325 papers with 4,243 citations (self-citations not counted) included in the Web of Science database (as of August 2018). His H-index = 40. He is the author and co-author of many patents. He has been largely instrumental in the establishment of Tomas Bata University Zlín and in the development thereof up to its current shape. Moreover, he is also the founder of the Centre of Polymer Systems.
