HR Award
In 2018, two TBU research centres – Centre of Polymer Systems that forms a component part of the University Institute, and the Centre for Security, Information and Advanced Technologies CEBIA-Tech at the Faculty of Applied Informatics earned the prestigious HR Award as an acknowledgement of the quality of management of research institutions. These Centres have created a transparent working environment in accordance with the European Charter for Researchers and Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers, and that including gender equality.
Our goal is to obtain the HR Award for all component parts of Tomas Bata University in Zlín.
