On-boarding of employees
Not only do we pay careful attention to the selection and recruitment of new employees, but on-boarding is also important to us. It refers to the commencement of employment and adaptation of newcomers to TBU. Finding one’s way around the workplace, familiarization with a new environment, culture and processes may be rather difficult. Therefore, in order to make the first steps at TBU easier for our new colleagues, we have prepared a number of tools and activities for them in cooperation with other departments.
