Academic Calendar
The academic year comprises two semesters:
• Winter semester (September – January)
• Summer semester (February – August)
Academic Calendar for Academic Year 2023/2024 – Rector´s Decree – RR/4/2023
The academic year 2023/2024 starts on 1 September 2023 and ends on 31 August 2024.
Classes in the winter semester start on 15 September 2023, classes in the summer semester start on 2 February 2024.
Each semester usually consists of 14 teaching weeks and 5 examination weeks (see the Study and Examination Regulations of TBU in Zlin, Part Two, Article 2).
